All online programs—including live interactive batches, recorded video archives, specialized test series (PYQs and newly framed conceptual questions), and downloadable study materials—are considered instantly consumed digital products.
No Refunds: Once your payment is successfully processed and access to the batch or digital content is granted on your account, fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Why this policy exists: Instant digital access exposes our proprietary curriculum, developed through the expertise of Dr. Bansiwal Sir (18-Time CSIR NET JRF Qualifier) and our collaborative team of 25+ Professors. To protect this valuable intellectual property from exploitation, structural fees cannot be reversed.

For students enrolling in our physical classroom programs at Sikar, Rajasthan, the following rules apply:
Registration Fee: The initial registration/seat-booking fee required to secure a spot in a physical batch is entirely non-refundable.
Tuition Fee Adjustments: If a student needs to discontinue the offline course within the first 3 days of the batch commencement due to an unavoidable emergency, a partial refund of the tuition fee may be considered at the sole discretion of the management, minus applicable taxes and study material processing charges. No refund requests will be entertained after 3 days of batch attendance.
In instances where technical payment gateway glitches occur:
If your bank account is debited twice for a single course due to a system lag, or if a payment fails but money is deducted, the excess amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank or the payment gateway provider within 5 to 7 working days.
If a duplicate transaction goes through on our system, please email our administration immediately at your official email address with the payment receipts. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 7 business days.
As detailed in our Terms and Conditions, BiLS maintains a zero-tolerance policy against data piracy and account sharing. If a student account is flagged, suspended, or permanently banned for:
Screen-recording, taking unauthorized screenshots, or distributing our proprietary newly framed questions.
Sharing login credentials across multiple devices or with non-registered individuals.
...the user's access will be terminated instantly, and all rights to any refund or fee recovery will be permanently forfeited.
