Rules & Regulations

Institutional Rules & Regulations

To maintain our hallmark focus on one-to-one care, conceptual discipline, and top-tier rank results, BiLS (Bansiwal Institute for Life Sciences) enforces a strict code of conduct. These rules apply to all students enrolled in our physical classroom programs in Sikar, Rajasthan, as well as our digital learning streams on the BiLS - THE BIO POINT mobile application.

Enrolling in any program at BiLS constitutes an absolute agreement to abide by these regulations. Non-compliance will result in strict disciplinary action, up to and including immediate expulsion without a refund.

Classroom & Attendance Discipline (Offline Students)

  • Punctuality: Students must arrive at the lecture hall at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of class. Late entry will not be permitted once Dr. Bansiwal Sir or any faculty member has begun the lecture.

  • Attendance Mandate: A minimum of 85% attendance is compulsory for all weekly lectures and offline test series. Continuous absence for more than three consecutive days without prior written administrative approval will trigger a formal notification to parents/guardians.

  • ID Cards: Carrying the official physical BiLS Student ID Card is mandatory on the campus. Security personnel reserve the right to deny campus entry to any student lacking a valid ID card.

Digital Integrity & Device Restrictions (Online Students)

Our online ecosystem is monitored by advanced data-protection algorithms to safeguard our intellectual property.

  • Single Device Login: Your registered account on BiLS - THE BIO POINT app is restricted to a single primary smartphone/tablet. Simultaneous logins from multiple devices or distinct IP locations will cause an automatic system lockout.

  • Zero Piracy Tolerance: Screen-recording, taking screenshots of test materials, attempting to download video packets externally, or sharing account credentials will result in an instant, permanent ban.

  • Public Material Sharing: Distributing our proprietary newly framed concept questions, custom answer keys, or PDF worksheets on Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, or public drives constitutes a criminal breach of copyright law and will be met with immediate legal prosecution.

Conduct During Live Batches & Forums

  • Chat Box Decorum: The live chat features during online lectures are intended strictly for academic queries and concept doubts. Any student using offensive language, spamming the feed, promoting external businesses, or disrespecting faculty/peers will be permanently muted or blocked from live interaction.

  • Respectful Environment: In line with our core identity as an academic family, appropriate and respectful behavior toward all 25+ Professors, alumni mentors, and administrative staff is expected at all times.

Examination & Test Series Rules

The path to securing a milestone position (like our 16+ Assistant Professor Selections in 2026) requires rigorous testing integrity.

1.Mandatory Participation:Weekly Schedule.

Every student must appear for the scheduled weekly topic-wise tests and comprehensive monthly mock exams. Unexcused absence from tests will result in a suspension of premium app features until evaluated.

2.Fair Testing Environment:No Malpractice.

During offline or online evaluations, using external reference material, web browsing, or collaborating with other students is strictly prohibited. Online tests feature auto-window tracking; switching tabs during an exam will cause immediate auto-submission.

3.Analytics & Review:One-to-One Assessment.

Following the release of the test rank list, students are required to analyze their performance metrics via the app dashboard and attend the mandatory doubt-clearing and error-review sessions conducted by the faculty panel.

Fee Compliance and Commercial Terms

  • Installment Timelines: If a student is permitted an installment payment structure, subsequent installments must be cleared on or before the specified due dates. Failure to clear balances within the grace period will result in a temporary suspension of both classroom entry and application login rights.

  • Fee Finality: As outlined in our Cancellation Policy, fees once paid are entirely non-refundable and non-transferable following batch activation.

Administrative Disclaimers

  • Batch Scheduling: BiLS reserves the absolute right to alter class timings, batch schedules, or faculty assignments to optimize curriculum delivery and match sudden shifts in competitive exam patterns (such as updates announced by RPSC, MPPSC, or CSIR).

  • Authority Matrix: The decision of the Managing Head (Alka Sharma Madam) and our Core Mentor (Dr. Bansiwal Sir) regarding any disciplinary action, dispute, or code-of-conduct breach shall be final and legally binding.
